    A
At our Carmel property we often have families of deer visit us as well as squirrels and birds. At Mammoth we also have deer visit close to the condo, but also sometimes bears. Mammoth has a very successful program of training bears and people to co-exist. The key task is to remove all food from your cars, do not leave any food or trash outside, and make sure dumpsters are locked after use. Bears are very crafty creatures! There are also chipmunks, and birds at Mammoth. Neither property has snakes.
